Is anyone accountable?
They precut their coldcuts and let them sit, and get an attitute if you want them cut a certain way. They sold me a NYT without the magazine (so no xword) and when i questioned it, they reassured me that none of their NYTs had a magazine. They tell you whatever to shuffle you out the door and have no concept of customer service.

Gone downhill
we used to order almost every other day. Now we stopped ordering from there. Every time we order, they never bring the right things they always get the wrong order. Takes forever to receive anything. They dont speak english, theres always a headache attached to ordering here.

What's to Complain about
The food is good, the service is good, and it's not THAT overpriced. It's a great 24/7 and I am loyal to Jubilee for 9/11 and during the blackout! They are awesome.

Deli/Sandwich Svc much to be desired
Although there is plenty of help behind the counter to service you, this plus becomes a minus because the workers have too many side conversations that interfere with their ability to fully service the customer. Twice this week I was lucky enough to have my order taking in the midst of intermission of a juicy side conversation only to find upon opening my sandwich that the order is partially correct. Perhaps if my attendee didn’t have that conversation competing with my order, I would have received the sandwich I paid for.

Going downhill
I loved this market when it first opened. They had lots of things you couldn't find elsewhere if you were willing to pay the price and they opened after 9/11 and helped us with fresh fruit and paper goods and were honest in their charges when they could easily have been otherwise. And they sell so many cold cuts at lunchtime that you can't find fresher anywhere else. However, in the past year, I have been sold bad fish, unclean dry goods, out of date cheese, fresh pasta, and yogurt. So while their business and prices continue to increase, their quality is comparatively now so poor that I avoid them entirely.

Great Food, Worth the Cost
The food is great and it's worth the cost. I rather pay a little extra for the fresh, quality food at Jubilee than fast-food. Everyone is super nice. There is another Jubilee in Soho, near Grand on Broadway. It's near my job and they just as good! Try the Paninis there. They are fab!

Cute Market, great staff, overpriced...
Even though there aren't many places to shop in the financial district for groceries, this little place has it all and the seafood and butcher departments are fantastic... Prices are steap but hell... we live in the Financial District anyway....
