The title speaks for itself. These people are amazing. They took the time to read me every single flavor of coffee creamer in stock. Then they walked all the way to the back of the store and memorized every single flavor of gelato and read it back to me one by one. The flavor I wanted was not available after all... So I decided not to order any ice cream. But then, I changed my mind... because on second thought, I did want to try the chocolate peanut butter flavored gelato. I also ordered a dozen eggs, buttered rolls, mozzarella cheese, ... oh and ONE green pepper. But... then I realized that they sell green peppers by the pound for only 99 cents. So I decided to change my order and inform them that I wanted at least a lb of green peppers. They were more than happy to assist me with all of my shopping needs. Oh wait! I forgot! I need 5 bars of fruit scented organic soap. I better call them before they leave with my order. I might need a refresher on all the different scents before I decide which kind of soap I want. Anyway, I truly endorse and support and encourage everyone to take full advantage of the benefits and service provided by Jubilee and their dedicated and hardworking late-night staff. Their efforts have not gone unnoticed.

I love Jubilee. Is it the cheapest grocery store in town? No. But it is generally reasonably priced and it is one of only a few grocery stores in FiDi. They can always be relied upon to have a wide variety of the freshest fruit and vegetables, and carry all kinds of unique ingredients that many grocery stores usually do not carry. On top of these two awesome factors, they deliver. For FREE! Yes, yes they do and it's wonderful.

They precut their coldcuts and let them sit, and get an attitute if you want them cut a certain way. They sold me a NYT without the magazine (so no xword) and when i questioned it, they reassured me that none of their NYTs had a magazine. They tell you whatever to shuffle you out the door and have no concept of customer service.

we used to order almost every other day. Now we stopped ordering from there. Every time we order, they never bring the right things they always get the wrong order. Takes forever to receive anything. They dont speak english, theres always a headache attached to ordering here.

The food is good, the service is good, and it's not THAT overpriced. It's a great 24/7 and I am loyal to Jubilee for 9/11 and during the blackout! They are awesome.

Although there is plenty of help behind the counter to service you, this plus becomes a minus because the workers have too many side conversations that interfere with their ability to fully service the customer. Twice this week I was lucky enough to have my order taking in the midst of intermission of a juicy side conversation only to find upon opening my sandwich that the order is partially correct. Perhaps if my attendee didn’t have that conversation competing with my order, I would have received the sandwich I paid for.

I loved this market when it first opened. They had lots of things you couldn't find elsewhere if you were willing to pay the price and they opened after 9/11 and helped us with fresh fruit and paper goods and were honest in their charges when they could easily have been otherwise. And they sell so many cold cuts at lunchtime that you can't find fresher anywhere else. However, in the past year, I have been sold bad fish, unclean dry goods, out of date cheese, fresh pasta, and yogurt. So while their business and prices continue to increase, their quality is comparatively now so poor that I avoid them entirely.
