Always good and always friendly- I've stopped ordering from the other local pizza places because this one just does it better!

The Neighborhood Spot!
Love this place. Like other reviewers said, the service is amazing. They are extremely friendly. It is a family run spot. Pizza is great ... and affordable. Beyond happy to have it in the neighborhood.

Amazing!
Amazing pizza, friendly pizza guys, amazing pizza. It's not your typical drunk 4am crap. This is quality pizza at great prices. The sauce is authentic, the pie is handtossed, cheese is quality and everything is fresh. Did I already mention the pizza is AMAZING?! ;-)

Willing to spend the money and go out of our way-still always choose 'our j's'-so good, truly!
We are a family of foodies. Have been to da fara and artichokes and all of the highest rated, and been to likely 100 pizza places in nyc living here all of my life. J's is fantastic. Truly use fine ingredients, it's consistently fresh, tasty and just a great all around pizzeria pizza. We could order or go anywhere we wish and yet we always go back to j's. It's that good. The bonus is what others mentioned, nice nice family owners, friendly, give our kids soda, NOT why we still go however, WE GO FOR THE GREAT PIZZA. If they ever left the neighborhood we would be at a loss for our fav pizza a decade strong.

Misc neighborhood pizza joint rocks!
I have gotten pizza at J's a few times now, each time the pizza was delicious & I can't believe how large the pies are for the $$. Delivery is fast also.

Fantastic, for a local pizza place.
Don't get me wrong - this is fast food pizza. If you want an Italian meal then this ain't it. But they do amazing and interesting pizza by the slice. And the guys serving it up are real decent fellas. I couldn't recommend the place more highly for a snack or for lunch if you're in the area.

Healthy
I am a big fan of this place for 4 reasons. 1) It is always clean and well-managed (also nice guys) 2) They have a balance as to how much cheese they put on the pizza. They do not dump all that cheese to make the pizza taste good. Instead, they use quality ingredients. This makes the pizza healthier as it tastes better. 3) If you are in the mood for vagatables, you can always find a good combination of vegatable toppings. They taste great!
