Misc neighborhood pizza joint rocks!
I have gotten pizza at J's a few times now, each time the pizza was delicious & I can't believe how large the pies are for the $$. Delivery is fast also.

Fantastic, for a local pizza place.
Don't get me wrong - this is fast food pizza. If you want an Italian meal then this ain't it. But they do amazing and interesting pizza by the slice. And the guys serving it up are real decent fellas. I couldn't recommend the place more highly for a snack or for lunch if you're in the area.

Healthy
I am a big fan of this place for 4 reasons. 1) It is always clean and well-managed (also nice guys) 2) They have a balance as to how much cheese they put on the pizza. They do not dump all that cheese to make the pizza taste good. Instead, they use quality ingredients. This makes the pizza healthier as it tastes better. 3) If you are in the mood for vagatables, you can always find a good combination of vegatable toppings. They taste great!

Best Pizza in Neighborhood
We order from these guys all the time. Never actually been to the place so can't comment on the atmosphere, but they're the nicest people on the phone. Great pizza, great sauce, great pastas.

Yummy
They have great pizza here! it is, by far, the best in the neighborhood. the staff is pleasant and quick, the food is well prepared and better than most pizza you will ever have. the qualty of the ingredients is very good...don't know what murry hill is talking about. their sauce is homemade and excellent. their curst is perfect. their cheese is REAL! my only complaint is that maybe they rinse off their basil so that it isn't gritty and sandy and that they could stand to paint the whole place (one color)...but other than that, don't change a thing.

Pizza that tastes great
I have to disagree slightly with the review posted by Murray Hill. The place does look very ordinary and sometimes is even messy. But I have eaten at all the pizza places in the neighborhood and J's pizza just tastes the best.

Nice Slice
This place is old school good. Always open late. Grandma slice a fav. Nice staff. Best place like it in the hood.
