Hands down, Joya has the best Thai food in the neighborhood. It's the best I've had in all of New York, actually. It's always packed and the bumping techno music is always a little too loud, but all is forgiven once the food comes. For $6 or $7, you are treated to incredibly well-prepared, well-spiced, delicious food. I seriously dream about this place and cannot seem to get enough, even though I've been eating there for over a year now. Highly recommended.

Joya is awesome. The food has never disappointed me, and the prices can't be beat. One of the only down-sides is the long wait, particularly on week-ends. The pad thai is amazing.

Best Thai in the neighborhood and beyond! Love the calamari! I can't stop eating it. Can't beat the prices too! Your bill will be so low that you won't mind so much the cash only part.

The food here is really good and imaginative, at good prices. Always crowded which is a good sign! And it's fun, kinda hip...but be prepared for the decibles...to bad they don't deliver.

Joya has been in CH for years now and is still great and the best value period. Many other restaurants in the neighborhood should see why Joya is crowded 7 nights a week and they are empty. It all starts with good food.
