JOYA never lets me down
i been going to JOYA'S about two maybe three years now and the first time i went there it was on Mother's Day. Yes i took my Mom there and.....wow......what can i say. The food was out of this world and the atmosphere was i would say live!!! More importantly Mom loved it and of course we both got hooked. Now mind you that was my first time there and i was impressed with everything about JOYA. Everytime i go to JOYA's to eat it seems that whatever i choose simply puts a smile on my face. Basically JOYA never lets me down and everyone that i have brought there to eat feel the same way. The prices as we all know are cheap compared to other Thai Restaurants and the service is on the money. As a matter of fact i'm going there tonight to pick up some Pad See Yue to go. Slamming!!!

Good Everything except atmosphere
To the last reviewer - OF COURSE it's not like the food you get in Thailand. YOU'RE IN BROOKLYN. It's not high-end thai food here people, I think you should expect that considering everything is super cheap. I think other Thai places have the same quality dishes but double the price. The atmosphere here is not great. I've eaten there a bunch of times, it sounds and feels like you're in a glamourized cafeteria w/ trance blasting in the speakers after the sun goes down. No thanks to that, we only do delivery from there now.

Not the same
Service is good, interior good, but the food is not Thai food. They give you volume, the price is low but it's nothing like what you'd get in Thailand.

Very good
The food was very good, and the pad thai was light and not greasy. The service was hurried but polite. I would recommend. It is cash only.

Yum Yum
I've been going here for the past 5 years and have never had a bad meal. Plus the cheap prices have stayed the same. Delicious food, cool atmosphere, great dj, interesting people, and huge portions make Joya my favorite restauraunt.

Great Cheap Place
The food at this place is better than most thai restaurants around... and for the price you can't beat this gem of a restaurant. Gotta go!

Awesome thai food!
alright..so i like thai food to the extent that i have eaten at pretty much all the good thai places in the village, midtown, and hell's kitchen; but this place is simply great..the food was fresh ( they cook infront of you so you can basically sit infront of the kitchen , eat and see them cook), good quantity and very good quality, vegetables looked fresh..i had spicy noodles and pad thai..i recommend this place to everyone whos willing to try it out...this is worth it!! and do i need to say anything about the place and the environment....outside seating with nice cozy cushions on wooden benches under two shade trees...just go and try it out!
