The tofu was like a rock, long black hair in my pad Thai. Husband's beef dish was sub par, beef was tough and grey in color. Pretty much threw everything away :( Not a fan. Very disappointed.

I went on Tuesday to celebrate my birthday and as much as I like the food the service was not good, we left no tip, we were treated really badly. The only kind person was the bartender was lovely and kind, from Colombia. All dishes came separately, the waiter never check on us, when we ask for help he was rude. What a shame, the owners, investors manage to have good food with the pooret service ever. Sad, I felt like sharing my experience, hoping the act on it.

My spouse and I loved Joya, the staff was friendly & the service was excellent. We sampled our way through 4 different phenominal appetizers, and let one of the owners (nice that he was on site) select our meals. It turned into a Gastronomical Experience, 3 Entrees, Shrimp, Steak, & Chicken one just as delicious as the other. My husband noticed that even with the generous portions served, most everyone around us were finishing their meal. The venue was trendy & cozy. All around an excellent dining experience. Easy parking & friendly neighborhood. After dinner we took a stroll through Brooklyn Heights & by the Bridge Park. (2 people needing to walk off food for 5) When in Brooklyn, don't miss Joya or their sister restaurant Song for a meal fit for a King.

The quality of this place has gone down since it opened up a few years ago. The rice appears as though it has been sitting in the restaurant for a few days. It was stale and dry to say the least. I will never order from them again....super disappointed.

Me and my husband go often. We bring our daughter who love the mussels in garlic sauce. I like the rest of the food but don't love it. Be we go back for the mussels. I like my thia in bay ridges food better but they do not have the mussels.

Just picked up from there for the first time. All the veggies seemed old and chewy. The most unappetizing Pad Thai I've ever had. Didn't have any taste had no peanut sauce. I would steer clear of ordering from here.

I love this place. The Service is good. The waitress was attentive to our needs. The food was awesome. The Woon Sen is my favorite. The prices are good. My only criticisms would be that they don't accept credit cards and they don't give you free refills on the soft drinks. I recommend this place. I will visit again.
