Great food & price, but wrap it properly
I ordered for delivery after reading the reviews and knowing someone who has been to the restaurant in person - (that's why my atmosphere rating is low - I don't know) While I placed my order and the person on the phone was great! my order included french fries that came in a soda cup and was not covered. Of course they were cold. The burger was great and I would order from them again and also visit the restaurant but find a way to keep the food warm please. The homemade lemonade was outstanding. This is a great addition to the neighborhood for sure.

Great
I order from Joy Burger all the time. The service is great. The girl who usually takes my order always seems happy. Three choices of burger size are a plus. The delivery is always pretty quick and the burgers and fries are really good. I had a burger at SHake Shack a few weeks back and Joy Burger blows it away.

Unpleasant delivery experience
We tried Joy Burger on the UES for the first time tonight, very excited bc of the great reviews here. Maybe if you're eating in the restaurant it's fine but apparently the good people at JB have never heard of TAKE OUT CONTAINERS!! We ordered two burgers that arrived wrapped in nothing but tissue paper that was soaked through and the fries and onion rings arrived in Paper soda cups WITHOUT LIDS!?! Of course they were so soggy and gross we had to throw them out. BTW we live exactly 10 blocks away so if they can't get it right in that short distance, I feel really bad for people who live farther away.

This place is delicious! The price/quality ratio is great! It seems like the Shake Shack of the west village... but with shorter lines!

Best Burgers in Area
Have ordered delivery and dine-in and both were great. Burgers are juicy and very tasty and the prices great. Pickles are super good as I'm a big lover.. Sauces are a great additinal to an already good burger. Fries are best around and always warm. A must eat.. and their open late. WOW.. Love JOY Burger

Highly recommended
A bunch of us went here last night. You come in and find a table. Then you go to a counter to order and then sit down and wait to be called. The food is excellent and the prices very reasonable. Not much atmosphere but you don't come here for that. We had a very pleasant experience. The owner is very friendly and brought us samples of all the sauces without even being asked. The fries are probably the best around as are the onion rings. My only negative thing to say is that the count on the rings could be better, though the amount of fries you get more than makes up for that, as it is like a double order in size. Drinks are likewise very reasonable. Verdict: Highly recommended

Sumptuous and Lip smacking Burger
Best burger I've ever had in NYC. Great value for money and awesome place to be. I'm reviewing this restaurant on my first visit and plan for more such visits. You are going to get customized burgers here; I recommend the burger with spicy mayo sauce. Enjoy...
