I used to LOVE Joy Burger and told every New Yorker I know and visiting tourists 'bout their amazing burgers and awesome sweet potato fries! The prices were right and the burgers the best! I even used to come all the way from Brooklyn to East 100th 'cause the one downtown wasn't open back then. So when I moved to Spanish Harlem, I was delighted to be able to get delivery. But now the prices are way too high - $13.95 for a single burger fries and a drink. In addition, my delivery burger was mushy with a bun so soggy it was like oatmeal! I had to scrape it off. The staff is still ace and the food I had in-store still good, if costly. But they need to watch sending out uncooked and soggy delivery!

I've been ordering from this place since it first opened. I would order weekly from this place, but lately I've been ordering less. I could actually go weeks without eating from here because the prices keep going up. Every time I go check their menu now it's a different price. Before I would only pay .75 cents to add avocado to my burger and now in less than a few months it's hiked up to 1.25. For that I'll go buy a whole avocado and add it myself. Like I said the food is good, but the prices just keep changing. The same exact meal I would order before, now cost me 4 or 5 bucks more.

Burgers, chicken fingers, fries and vanilla shake are better quality and better value than Shake Shack and Joy Burger will deliver it! Delivery is always accurate (don't mess up my next order after I praise this) and fast. Food is still hot and they wrap the shakes in plastic wrap to make it spill proof. Going to explore more of the menu as I've been stuck on the goodness of my original order. Enjoy!

The quality of the burgers are excellent expect for the soggy buns. You get to chose from a large variety of free toppings The meat itself is amazing. You don't have to get a burger but I would The sides are great even for more so for the price ex: 12$ for 2 pounds of wings. The atmosphere is very good but the music is a liitle loud. The value is excellent. 8oz burger for 6$. The sercive is good but nothing to sceam about. The delivery range is big. I strongly reccomding this place if you want to order in or want to eat the best burger in town

The burgers are great. Zucchini sticks too. But what prompted this review was, of all things, the delivery phone service. It was a polite and delightful experience! Amazing! Good on you, for realizing the value of simple, good, service.
