The sandwiches here are good and the soup is amazing, but the staff takes forever and your take-out lunch ends up costing $14. It looks cozy but is too busy to be a comfortable place to sit most of the day. They also run out of many of their sandwiches

We relied on prompt delivery for a meeting. They were almost an hour late, and we were lied to and given excuses every time we called/went over there to check up. The whole order didn't come in.

I wish there was a Jou Jou in the Village on Prince Street! I'd be there everyday! I stumbled upon this place when I was in the 168th St. area and My Mom and I were hungry. So I got there grilled cheese for her and a Turkey Brie for me. It was fantast
