How The Mighty Have Fallen
I really used to enjoy coming here, but my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. The meal fulfilled that double whammy of restaurant eating - poorly cooked and over-priced. I had the grilled chicken with vegetables ($18) The chicken was overcooked to the point of being really dry, and the vegetables were mushy with far too much sauce. The menu said that the vegetable medley included shitake mushrooms, but they served poorly cooked cremini. The server and host were quite nice, but the manager was micromanaging to such a degree that created a really unpleasant atmosphere. I won't be going back.

Good for a healthy fix
We order from here regularly... Much healthier than most of our delivery options. My fave dish is the almond-crusted chicken salad.

nom nom
I'm guessing they read these reviews and are turning these around - my friend took me here and the tofu salad was to die for and I'm a picky Bloody Mary fan and I was not disappointed - and the service was spot on! Planning to return real soon so I'm hoping for another good time!

Atrocious Service
The staff keeps you waiting an unreasonable amount of time for them to take your order and bring your drinks. I've never waited fewer than 45 minutes for the main course. I usually have to ask for water more than once and they never offer to refill. It took me over an hour to eat lunch there on one occasion despite the fact that my sister and I were the only two people in the restaurant (at a weird time--3:30 on a Tuesday). Oh, and skip this place if you aren't into kids. Especially at brunch time, it's like going to a day care center. KILLS the ambience.

what are they talking about?
i love josies and all iterations of it around the city...the butternut squash soup is amazing and they have interesting entree options too which ive always enjoyed. im always asking if we can go out to one of them...i think you should try it for yourself and prepare to love the soup...they have it @ all the locations so you can try josies east or josephina if you prefer. (citrus on the other hand i ate at twice and did not like much at all)

Diner Food
Such a dissapointment. Delivery took an hour when they told me it would be 30 minutes. When I got my food it was soggy and tasted like diner food. Considering my sandwich was $16, you would think it would be gourmet. Not even close. Will never eat there again.
