I love the food at Johnny Rockets don't get me wrong but when I went to grab a bite yesterday the service at 8th St and Greene was very bad. There was only two waiters who pretty much didn't have a clue. We sat there for 10 minutes before we got up to get the menu ourselves and had to wait another 10 - 15 mins to for the order to be taken. It was roughly 20-25 minutes til we got our food. Did I mention we saw our food sitting in the kitchen for 10 minutes before a waiter finally acknowledged their duty to serve it? Throughout this whole time we still had dirty cups from previous customers sitting on our table. Ok, I guess I shouldn't expect much from a place like this but come on. What's with the service?! We were so irritated the 15% tip rule was out the window. I also want to add the fact that several people actually got up to leave because no one attended to them.

The burger was clearly frozen and completely tasteless. I waited forever and had rude service and the place is expensive for such poor quality. If this is the way burger joints used to be in the 50s, then i'm glad that we've made so much actual progress. Stay away from this inadequate piece of nostalgia. If you must, take a picture outside, but skip the burgers and go somewhere where they care about quality and service at a fair price.

My husband and I were looking for a place to have dinner that we haven't gone to yet. We saw Johnny Rockets and decided to try it. The service was so fast. The waiter was really friendly. We ordered burgers, fries, and onion rings and it was deliveredvery quickly, hot and delicious. I really loved getting the nickel for the jukebox and the smiley face with the catsup for my fries. I highly recommend Johnny Rockets for your entire family.

I came to here with a couple of freinds hoping to enjoy a great buger but i was disappointed i dont' recommend you go here if you are looking for a great buger. The buger was dry, and the waitess took a long time to refill my drink . We didn't even leave a tip

I think you get exactly what you expect from Johnny Rockets. It’s supposed to be just like a 50's diner. People are so caught up in being "modern" that they expect too much from simplicities. The burgers are the best I have tasted, I think because the ingredients seem infused together b/t the bread. If you get a double rocket don’t take it out the wrapper to eat it, it will get so messy you won’t be able to finish it. The atmosphere is fun including the 50’s hits that play in the background. I have heard the NJ locating is a bit more classic, but I have yet to visit it. None the less it’s a cool attraction to take a date to, eat out with the family or laugh over milkshakes with friends. PS they also sell salads.

This place makes the best chili cheese fries and best burgers in all of noho. A+++ WOULD BUY AGAIN!

i love your food it is a great place to go with the family and have great old traditional american meal and is a great place to also with your friends. i especially love it when they start to dance and sing. i love it!!
