A delivery boy with no change?
Delivery was fast, but I was incredibly bothered by the fact that the delivery boy had NO CHANGE. I ordered a small, but received & was charged for a large pizza, then in addition, the delivery boy walked away with quite the tip.... Food wasn't bad, but certainly not worth the extra expenses.

Excellent pizza
Haven't had the greatest luck with Joe's on 7th Ave., so when a neighborhood friend suggested getting his favorite neighborhood pizza from Joe's last night, I was less than enthused. When he saw the look on my face, he jumped to clarify that this was "Joe's on 5th", the best pizza he's had around here. I haven't done enough of my own surveying to call it the best, but it was definitely very, very good. Relatively thin crust was chewy but well cooked, amount of toppings was sufficient, and both the sausage and mushroom and pepperoni were flavorful. I would definitely order from them again, and I am advised that they stay open very late. Sold.

Good Pizza
I've been ordering at least once a week for about a year since I moved into the neighborhood from Alphabet City. It's always been good. Had people over last night, and this was the only place I knew was going to deliver good food at midnight. I live around the corner, so they got to my place in about 25 mins. I love the pies. Great food. Friendly people.

New York Pizza, yeah right
Not real new york pizza, sicilians slices look old, and chicken rolls are very dry. Sub par by brooklyn standards, and staff can barely speak english.

Good food, Poor Delivery
Like another reviewer, I waited over an hour for a large pizza that ended up being cold when it got here. It might have been because it was delivered by a boy who could not have been over 10 years old. Normally the food is very good, especially the calzones, but I suggest that you pick it up.
