5 Star Coffee Shop
Joe Junior is an East Village classic. Put the phone down fast as they will be at your door so quickly, you wont have time to locate your wallet! We have been ordering from them for over 25 years. The food is always fresh and tasty! I am glad they were not dispaced by another gourmet coffe bar!

Great place for breakfast!
Enjoyed breakfast at Joe Jr's. and dinner was good too. Cost was good, service was good, and food was great. Cheesecake was New York Great esp. for breakfast! Omelet was fantastic!

Love this place!
What a great neighborhood spot--you could not ask for a more classic NY diner than this! It's diner food, of course, but much better than most! The atmosphere is a little dated, but I wouldn't change it--that's what gives it character! The staff is ridiculously friendly and always make you feel at home. Love, love, love this place!

I love Joe Junior
Food is good, prices are great, and I'm never disappointed. Order the breakfast sausage! The staff here is so incredibly friendly and that's one of the main reasons I keep coming back for more.

Best Diner in the area
The place itself is beat up but clean. The staff is always friendly and nice neighborhood people come in. I get delivery all the time which is quick and they rarely make a mistake. It's diner food but everything is good. Prices are reasonable and fast delivery. Portions are large. Best "bang for your buck" in the area. You want decent food for a fair price then this is the place.

not great, not awful
i've been to this diner a few times because it's close to my apt. i've certainly eaten worse food, but the turkey meat used in their burgers is highly questionable.
