Disappointing food that was overpriced. $4.00 for Thai spring rolls...really? ribs were not cooked enough, food greasy....won't be doing take out from here anymore!

Visiting New York from London and selected this restaurant from the reviews on here, and was very impressed with the whole experience and the food was delicious. It was busy and tables were close together but this added not reduced the atmosphere. Would highly recommend . PS Phone through a reservation to guarantee a table.

This was our first time visit to Jing Restaurant. This was a wonderful restaurant - food was excellent, service outstanding - it was a terrific meal and the price was right. If you like oriental food - this is the place to go. The space was a little tight at the table - but that's New York. We will be back to Jing.......

I've been ordering delivery from Jing for over a year now, and at least once a week. They have never gotten my order wrong (unlike other places in the area) and the delivery is always very quick. The food is delicious as well...have not tried the sushi yet but I usually stick to chicken and broc, lo mein, general tso etc.. I really can't find a better place in hells kitchen.

I order from Jing a lot and they suprisingly deliver quickly. The food is very tasty and healthy. The downfall is their service, the delivery men are rude (they will curse u out if u dont give them a huge tip) the people who take your order rush you off the phone and when they make a mistake with your order they are very rude about it and do not fix it in a timely manner. I ordered food today and they got it wrong demanded i pay the .65 cent difference and when i said no i was told fine wait till we decide to come. no matter how good the food is your customer serivice matters more

This is the only chinese place in Hells Kitchen meaning there is little choice other than this, but this place really is nice. Some reviews say the appetizers were too salty. I have had that experience once as well, so i told them to replace my soup and it was much better. My experience with all their other dishes has been great. They even throw in a complementary dessert every now and then.

Overrated by others on this forum. The appetizers were salty and the shrimp with walnuts was also way too salty. We chose this restaurant after reading reviews from others, but I believe we could have done much better. The sauces and salt overpower the food. Also service is very abrupt and harried.
