Run, don't walk, to this fantastic sushi place. Nestled on a cozy, quiet street in the LES, it is the perfect place to take a date, a couple of friends, or visiting relatives. The Tuna Amazing roll is just that... Other notable rolls are the Black Angle and the King Kong. Also try the yellowtail jalapeno appetizer. So flavorful! It's BYOB, and they know how to do it right, with large, sturdy wine glasses and an eye for timing. I have been here 6 times this year so far, and I will keep coming back. Everytime I crave sushi, I crave Jin!

Jin sushi is very convenient near by my place... I go there often sometimes with a group of friends and other times by myself. It's a very cozy place with fresh tasty sushi! I would totally recommend this place!

A wonderful addition to the neighborhood, Jin serves excellent sushi, ultra-fresh and well prepared by Chef Ming. The selection of fish is limited, but has expanded since they opened. Only small quibble is that they sometimes run out of specialty items like uni. The rolls are delicious--imaginitive without going over the top. We've come back a half dozen times already and have never been disappointed.

What a gem - great sushi and good value. Good place to go on a date or with a couple friends, as it is a low-key atmosphere. If you like spicy food, the yellowtail jalapeno roll is excellent!

As a local resident the neighborhood, I was particularly delighted to discover this gem. Exposed brick walls, high ceilings, cosy seating along the outsides, and a an elegant sushi bar as it's centerpiece. Sushi of this caliber is rarely this reasonably priced, probably because they just opened and are trying to attract people. Spicy Maki Combo was outstanding. Go now. Great quite speakeasy, and the perfect date place. BYOB, fyi.
