I've heard good things, but a Chinese restaurant that doesn't deliver? WTF!

The best Chinese in spanish Harlem.
Jimmys is very known around my area, I live right a cross the street from there. I can literally go to another part of harlem like 125th, or 100th street and people will know about Jimmys Oriental Palace. I personally love the fried chicken, the chicken sandwich, and the general tso's chicken.

Excellent!
People have been known to come from out of town just to taste their delicious food, especially the chicken wings! That is saying a lot for a Chinese fast food restaurant.
