The food is the best southern comfort food in Brooklyn. Anybody who says different is obviously not familiar with southern cooking. Excellent dine in service.

I get the whole 'twist on comfort food' thing, I really do. However when you open up a takeout box and there is so much grease David Schwimmer could style his hair, there's a problem. The guy on the phone sounds like he's sixteen years old so it doesn't surprise me that things aren't great. The food was hot, very greasy, and over-salted. The delivery person was pretty rude as well.

I love Jimmie's! They have the most incredible fried deviled eggs and fried pickles! My favorite though is the chicken fried chicken but I prefer the brown gravy! Definitely a great place to eat.

if your picky about your southern food and you don't want to pay what northerns like to charge then this is your place. Great food from the fried chicken to the vegi burger.. and did i mention fried pickles? try it.. you'll love it.

I ordered the fried chicken dinner from here tonight...It was really disgusting. The whole thing was covered in a weirdly sweet gravy that made the chicken soggy. What's more, there was barely any meat at all. Not coming back here, I'm afraid.

i ordered lunch on a saturday afternoon and had to wait over an hour for my food. the delivery guy was snotty and made no apology for the wait. the food was good but not as hot as it could have been. despite the fact that i enjoyed my meal this one and only experience with their service was so awful i will never ordered from them again.

I live right down the road from Jimmy's, a 2 minute walk. I can confidently say that 9/10 times I am thoroughly disappointed. $6.00 for a disappointing breakfast sandwich with uncooked bacon on a hamburger bun, really?
