What a disappointment
Quick business lunch. We ordered and had the food delivered, we are one block away, food came cold and soggy. Burger buns looked like someone sat on them and fell apart when unwrapped. I ordered my meat well done, got it medium rare, another person got bacon burger with uncooked bacon. We didn’t get any napkins or condiments. Truly pathetic. Will never order from them again.

Great taste at a low price!
I first came in here when they opened about 3 years ago and there was a long wait as i recall. The food itself has always been great; good tasty burgers, lots of fries, all at a very reasonable price. last time around i got a burger in less than 10 minutes and I had a few customers before me. I'm surprised at the reviews here, they've definitely improved their service time in the past 2 years... after all, it's a burger joint, don't expect to be treated as you are at a 5 start restaurant and you're the president.

What you expect for 5.00 meal
I work up the block from here so ive been here a bunch of times. Im surprised at reviews. I dont know what these people expected to get for a meal that cost a total of 5.00. Great burger Good fries ....worth the 5 bucks and 15minute wait!

depends on who's cooking
I went there on Sat Oct 5 2009 and it sucked. grill was dirty, fries were limp and brown. Change the oil. The fries used to be pretty good 2 years ago and there used to be more. The burgers used to be better beef 2 years ago and now it seems like mass produced patties that you get frozen. The lettuce and tomato seemed good. At least they still have Boylan sodas even though they are expensive. They used to have Jimmy's sauces there but no more. Meat needs to be hand made not mass produced or different vendor.

amazing!
jimmys burger shack provides one of the best burger's ever! i've been in there three times, and everytime it was packed. but it was defnitely worth the wait. the number nine burger is the best one there.

Most scrumdiddlimumptious burgers ever
I'd like to make it known that Jimmy's is the best burgers I have ever had in my live. These little USDA morsels from heaven might very well be able to take over the world by themselves. Out of all my 24 years on this earth I have never tasted something more delightful than Jimmy's #3 with cheddar and oh so crispy bacon!!

make room for a better restaurant
I have been here twice, thinking that the first time being horrible was just a fluke. It wasn't. The service is non-existent, everyone is rude or slower than death. And the food is not worth the wait. My burger the first time was still mooing. The second time it was more cooked, but still not worth the price, the wait, and the grief.
