Jimbo's Hamburger Palace

No food in all the world is that good for me to eat while being disrespected. This Jimbo's hung up on me and my coworkers three times before finishing our order. They stated that they sent the delivery guy out already, but how? We did not even finish speaking. When this was brought to his attention, he still did not want to continue to listen for the rest of the order. Jimbo's... thanks but no thanks. My money and others money will surely go somewhere else.

Actually sitting in a Jimbo's is a stressful experience, but they deliver breakfast AND lunch (generally till 6 pm-ish) and their hamburgers are off the charts tasty. J'adore!

I'm new to the neighborhood but Jimbo's came highly recommended. I wasn't disappointed. It's everything you want a burger joint to be. The food is great and very inexpensive. Sitting at the counter at breakfast time and watching the crew in action is high theater. A great place.

I'll admit, the food is good it's what keeps me going back despite the problems i've had. We all enjoy the phase, "it's how you like it," but if they mess up your order they should make it again. I had ordered a burger no ketchup and of course that's what he put on. I told them i can't eat ketchup as in i'm allergic but why do i have to tell them that i'm allergic in order to get a new burger when they messed my order! They took the burger back and removed the cheese! I told them there is still ketchup there just make a new one, and they were about to give me new buns. I was livid. If you make a mistake you should satisfy your customers with better service the second time.

Jimbo's never fails from the minute you walk in the door. The guys behind the counter are attentive. The food is prepared in a timely manner. There is never a long wait no matter what time of day. It's a small place but incredibly clean. I've dined there just as much as I have ordered delivery. Highly recommend. Food is always delicious.

Thank God for a real burger option. Great beefy burger for the right price. Bacon is of good quality and service is pretty fast even for delivery. My only peeve is that they aren't open late late nights...

jimbos has the best burgers in harlem. its situated right next to the famous lenox lounge. reasonable prices.look for it in the movie shaft and the brave one. in the movie shaft samuel l. jackson walks right by without having a burger . boy did he miss a good burger .
