party of 10 poor service. cold steaks,some people did not even get the main course after was ordered multi times. bar was a complete disaster ordered atleast 15 drinks besides long wait tasted very very bad. the branzine fish was not true it was trout.

Service is beyond poor (waitied 30-40 minutes to sit, another 45 to order and each time was told it would be just another 5 minutes)...the food was so unappetizing none of us ate, we just paid the bill (that took another 30 minutes to get) just got out of there and all went for pizza. This is literally the most disappointing place i have been to in NYC and i have been living here and eating out for over 25 years!

You are really paying for the scene. The food is not that great and is really expensive. If you are kosher, its an experience. If not, look elsewhere in Tribeca.

i wanted to take my wife out for her birthday so i went to jezebel it was so nice the food was delicioius and i loved all people who where there it was packedun

We were excited to go to Jezebel for Sunday brunch and very happy with the service and attentiveness of the manager. The food was creative and very enjoyable.....however, the music was so loud and they would not turn it down that we could not even have a slight conversation. I understand the need to seem cool, but if the dont listen to their customers, there wont be any left to please with their good food.

The issue was promptly resolved. Was a pleasure to communicate to the management of the restaurant. Had to say the first review was an emotional outburst due to a high price of the steak. Please accept mu apologies.

Being part of kosher food scene for quite some time in US and in Israel (food photography, marketing, managing a restaurant) I was looking with huge anticipation to check this place out. Last night I took my boyfriend there for his birthday. With all that hype I must say it was a huge disappointment! Overrated, overpriced , mediocre food, snobbish atmosphere ( like we call it in Hebrew falztanim) The good: The receptionist and reservations were very professional. The interior design is modern and funky unusual for kosher place. Stylish. if u go to a restaurant to admire the decorator and graphic designers def best place in New York. The disappointing: our waiter hardly spoke English. Didn't know to answer basic questions. Had to wait for a bartender to find out if they had a dark and unsweetened beer. She smiled , seemed professional, recommended a beer that was light and sweet! Exactly the way he specified he doesn't like it. The bread was stale The dipping sauce just weird We ordered lamb rivioli as an appetizer. (Looked nice. Was too salty and dry. The frozen dumplings I buy in the grocery are gourmet in comparison) The Bronzini fish was plain and overcooked. . And too salty again. I guess the chef is in love. Olive oil cake for desert with a candle and busboy apologizing that they don't sing. I love sweets and I couldn't finish it. And the ugly: We ordered a ribeye from the menu ($48). The waiter took his time to convince us to order the ribeye from the specials instead. When I asked what the difference he said better meat but just neglected to mention that the price was $110. Surprise. The price was way above my budget and not to mention it after I asked??. The meat was just OK. The best part was the bone that was served on a separate plate. Unmemorable presentation. The plate looked busy and the portion wasnt huge. First time in my life I didn't leave tip and felt cheated.
