Mexican food w/ absolutely no tatse - how do they do it?

I've ordered from this place a couple of times when I've been too lazy to go out, and am sick of any other type of food. Also, there's no Mexican places that deliver to me except them. However, their food is unappetizing. I have never tasted such bland, overcooked, untasty food in my life! And to think it's Mexican! Even the "hot sauce" they bring to you is uneatable. Eat here is you have no choice. Otherwise, don't bother.

    Good Mexican Food

I called and placed an order for a steak burrito. 20 minutes later, I picked it up. No problems whatsoever. The burritos are huge. Almost TOO big. In fact, unless you have an area to sit down and eat, don't get the burrito because it is so packed with stuff that it will fall out of the tortilla. Overall, the burrito is very tasty. They include salsa and sour cream on the side. I was thinking $6.95 is kind of pricey for a burrito, but it's so big that it's worth every penny.

    No rice!?

Called at 6PM on Sunday. A little early for dinner, maybe, but I figured that it would take at least an hour and I'd be hungry by then. First thing the guy tells me is, "We don't have any rice". But every item on the menu has rice in it! What a tragic oversight! I order anyway, even though he doesn't offer to take anything off the price due to the fact that I am not getting rice. It takes over an hour to arrive. The black beans are completely tasteless and cold. The guac is just thin green paste with sour cream in it, I'm not even sure it had any avocado to speak of. And the salsa is bland and sweet like it came from a jar. Possibly the only redeeming quality is that it was cheap, but then again, you get what you pay for. Unless you paid for rice.

    Delivery not recommended

I ordered from Jesus taco twice. The first time it took about 40 min, which is long, but acceptable (I ordered around 7.30 pm). The second time I ordered I waited for 50 min until I called. The food was on it's way, but 15 min later I still didn't get anything. I called to cancel my order - 10 min later they were here! Despite that, I had take out from there a few times, and that was quite alright. Take out - yes, delivery - NOOO!!

    Just ok

Just the beef fajitas delivered and frankly there were twice as much onions as fajitas. The chips were too greasy, and the tortillas too thick and undercooked (I'm Mexican, so I know my tortillas). I ordered on a whim as I didn't feel like cooking. Delivery was prompt, however. I will not be ordering from this place again, or going there for that matter.

    Good Cheap Tex-Mex Take Out

These guys are friendly, reliable and cheap. It's not the greatest authentic Mexican food, but I swear its the most you'll get for your dollar. I recommend the Chili Nachos. Depending on the time of day you order, you may have to wait a while for your delivery but they're usually pretty quick. They also accept credit cards by phone.
