I've been a customer since I found this place and I used to be happy with their service until recently. I'm not treated like a normal customer, and I order pretty often like once a week. The cashier is rude and never pays attention to my order. I sometimes receive the wrong order, and on few occasions, my order isn't charged correctly. I suggest everyone should count their change because there's no point in arguing with the cashier. Their vegetables aren't very fresh either. Their mushrooms are canned mushrooms. Also, they used to have a free drink or free soup, but I never received anything. Now they just crossed it off their menu.

Jess is small, so it's best for take away and delivery. The food is so cheap, and you get a lot of it! Service is usually fast and polite, although there is one woman at the counter who can be a little rough around the edges. Personally, I'm not a huge fan of the baked goods. I love sweets, but all the desserts I've tried with the exception of the cheesecake has been a little bland, like it lacks that extra oomph to make it worth the calories! I'd recommend sticking with the entrees, especially the roast duck and/or pork over rice. Also, the steamed pork dumplings are fantastic.

not sure about atmosphere since i ordered delivery. but the lady on the phone was so nice and super helpful as i am a first-time customer. loved it!! good food, good prices. definitely ordering again. :)

Ok I might have already reviewed this place for the desserts. But the ham and cheese roll thing for breakfast is insane! YUM

I haven't tried their entrees yet, but their desserts are amazing! Better than any other restaurant or bakery in the area. Try their strawberry chocolate cake (the one with the chocolate covered strawberry on top). It's not overly sweet and pretty enough to bring to a dinner party. Also fantastic is their sesame red bean ball. I don't do many reviews, but I wanted to get the word out so this place stays in business! Note: they have a few seats, but it's really a take out joint.

I don't eat inside, as most of my food is to take away. Every order is filled quickly and pleasantly. Great value. I esp. like the curry noodle soup. Some of the other food is a tad generous with the oil but that adds to the yum factor.
