Pizza is Awesome
The pizza here is great. The calzones are awesome and the sushi that they just started serving is surprisingly quite good.

Good Food
This place is great. I recommend the pizza, the falafel, the special J2 sesame bagel with tuna, lettuce, tomato, and they also have the freshest salads! Well worth the buck!

Good for Kosher Pizza
This is place is good if you are strictly kosher and want to enjoy pizza. But Willa must relax as to its greatness. It is subpar compared to many non-kosher joints in the city and overall as a dining experience it is decent at best. So if you are coming here for the first time, don't be too excited.

Quick service, bland food
Service is quick. Falafel sandwich is subpar.

It's just a pizza store
"Willa" rants about J2 as if it saved his life! It's just pizza, I tell you. It might be good but it's not worth getting a heart attack over b/c then you won't be able to eat your precious pizza anymore.

J2-That's all!
I grew up in NYC. I know pizza in and out, and I know that I've had about all the "great" pizza there is out there. I live on the West Coast now. When I go home, every month or so, J2 is my very first stop. There's good pizza and there's great pizza, and then there's J2 pizza, fresh from the oven with peppers and spinach or straight up with cheese. The slices are huge, the price is right, and the falafel is damn skippy, too. But...oh, the pizza. (They now sell it frozen, so like White Castles and the like, I can have the goodness out here. It sells like hotcakes in these parts, and it's almost as good as the real thing right from the oven. It still won't stop me from hopping the train to Penn Station every time i come home, but it does dull the cravings.)

AOK
I was there recently and I gotta say the food is pretty good, and they do have very fast service.
