Great Food
The food is great. A bit pricey, buy you expect that for Kosher. One of the best Kosher pizza places out there. The spinazh calzone is out of this world. The counter guys could be friendlier, but that is expected at any fast food place.

Jerusalem II Rocks!
J2, as we call it, has the most amazing pizza in Manhattan. Yeah, the service isn't great, the bathrooms aren't amazing, but the pizza and desserts are rocking.

great food but service is poor
the food there is great the soup pizza pastas salad breakfast everything is amazing but the staff there are rude and un-professional. they need to learn manners and respect to ppl. it is great food thats why i come there. also prices are a little ridiculus

awesome food
I think this is the best pizza joint in nyc. theyve got variety, good food, and its kosher! the counter peeps arent too friendly, but this is New York! the only place people are friendly is yuppiland. go J2!

good food poor service
i go there on a regular basis for the breakfast, its a great deal and the food is good, but the guys behind the counter are ude and without any manners. each time i have to go there, the service is really bad...i hope they gonna fire all theses rude guys and replace them with nice ppl.the food will taste so much better

price of a pie is ridiculous
I can not believe I ordered a plain cheese pizza and when it was delivered (lucky they had a delivery boy, they usually never do) it was $18.00 for a pie. And, they charged me $4 for delivery on top of the $18 pizza. Sorry, that almost makes me want to eat not kosher pizza for $8.99 a pie...out of control! Too bad it's the only kosher pizza place in the neighborhood.

Great value, very fresh food, decent svc
J-II is my favorite lunchtime spot. The choose-your-own salad bar is very fresh, and their sushi is flavorful and not too dry. The pizza is unmatched anywhere. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes to get my order, so I dont know why some of the other comments are unfavorable. Maybe its the different culture. Because this place is so popular, the atmosphere may not lend itself to a quiet business meeting, but seating upstairs is generally less crowded. Go there and try it out yourself - its well worth the trip!
