    Theme-lovers only

Honestly, folks, just go for the fun of it. Don't expect great service and food! Fine-diners and foodies need not apply. Don't expect the food to be anything above a T.G.I.F. or Applebees! Just go to be entertained.

    Loved it

Went there today with my 15yr. old and her friend. We loved it! Yes, it's pricey but it's NYC. I had been to the one in the Village many years ago but this one is bigger and better. The food and service were perfect and the characters were a blast. They sat with us and talked and the Frankenstein show was wonderful. I recommend it, at least once.

Really cool place but alittle pricey

I really liked Jekyll and Hyde. I took my gf and we had a great time. The food was great and it came fast. The actors were really good and we had the best time. The only thing is, it's a little pricey. It ran me about $200 for 2 people, tax and tip. It App, Dinner, and desert so I guess it was good but just wanted people to know what to expect. I'm going back tonight!:)

    Awesome Experience!

As far as theme restaurants go--this has been the very best! And I have been to many...From the moment we walked in until we stepped out it was enjoyable. The staff was kind, courteous and patient. Of course the entertainment was over the top---it should be that way--its a theme restaurant. What impressed me the most was how interactive it was. The food was surprisingly good and came fast! The prices were decent considering that fun & laughter are included. But it really comes down to the patron--do you want to have fun or not? An experience is what you make out of it! So my sincere thanks to everyone there for truly brightening up an otherwise dull Wednesday!

Awesome but pricy, and time consuming

So the restaurant consists of 4 stories, Library, Attic....etc. It also has an elevator, a hidden bathroom behind a bookcase, and pretty good entertainment. See it's the kind of entertainment that is meant to be more "haha they look retarted" more than " wow he's amazing at acting". The best part is the way the employees interact with the customers, trying to be your friend, sitting down with customers occasionally, and sometimes calling you out on the loud speaker. Now the food Is awesome but pricy. The burgers are huge and juicy, tender, and come with waffle frys. The portions of the meals are overall huge and high quality for an average price of $17 per burger. But one thing you have to realize is that you pay the price for the ambiance of the place, not for the food itself. Now in this huge mansion haunted house like place, on the second floor up the stairs to the right is the mens bathroom, behind a bookcase, if you dont find the bathroom, your screwed. Also I do not know where the womans bathroom is lol... so good luck. It's a must have expirience, but a 1 time expirience but in the future bring your friends, girlfriend, wife, kids and try to see how many you can amaze, have fun.

    Absolutely Subpar

A group of about 24 my friends and I went for someone's birthday, and at first it wasn't that bad. We noticed the prices but everyone kinda figured being from NYC that the cost might be like that. The thing that really set me off was when we gathered money for the bill we were in for several surprises. First off, if a party member didn't eat we were charged $5 for them to take a seat. Then, we had brought a cake which they said they could hold and serve later. What they did not tell us was about the $6 cutting fee. On top of that although only 2 or 3 people actually ate cake, 7 slices were cut and we were charged for all of them. All of these charges were not told to us AT ALL the entire time we were there. The "entertainment" was mediocre at best and the food was so-so but not bad. In the end though, after everyone paid for their $17 burgers and $4 glasses of soda and their refills (for those that didn't opt for the free tap water), we were almost $400 dollars short on the bill. Luckily people were able to pay with what little money they had left, although it ruined the rest of the night's plans. We all agreed that we would never go there ever again, and I advise you do the same.
