this deli was a great find. i occasionally go to other deli's in the city, but i'm not loving them anymore. the corned beef and pastrami here was outstanding. the brisket was also very good. the staff is friendly. we will definitely be back!

I was in the mood for a hot pastrami sandwich from a jewish deli - i looked up this deli They had good reviews When we got there (4) of us The menu said overstuff sand. That was a joke - He charged us $15 a sandwich And they were not at all worth it - The meat was sliced with a knife - it was not good at all I have eaten in jewish deli's I know what they should be like - you dont mind paying if the food is worth it This place is not The bill was ridiculous Was not happy at all Big big mistake I do not recommend this place

I've been ooohing and ahhhing over Katz's for many years, and don't get me wrong, I still love it.....but people, listen to me when I tell you that Jay & Lloyd's is AMAZING good. Best tongue I've had in years, and the pastrami and CB is super flavorful. The staff is friendly, the owners are even MORE friendly, and the coleslaw is addictive. Even the knishes are perfect (try the pastry knish). Loving the act that my new best go-to deli is right in my neighborhood! Can''t wait to eat my way through the rest of the menu!

I've been going to this deli for years and years. They have great corned beef, pastrami, etc. I love their french fries, I ask for them well done, and their blooming onion with dip. I know great delis, having been born and raised in Brooklyn, and this is a great deli. It's not fancy, it's real Brooklyn style, and they take good care of you. I'm so nostalgic for the old days, and this place takes me back in a way the other Brooklyn delis don't. I will stick with Jay& Lloyd's, highly recommended.

I come all the way from Queens to eat at Jay & Lloyd's because it is that good. The people really care about the food and even come around sometimes with samples.

The matzoh ball soup was great and the pastrami sandwich was the BEST I've had in years. I'll be going back for sure.
