    Great Lunch Deal

This place has the best Pad Thai we have eaten anywhere... and we Know good Thai food. While other places make it sickeningly sweet... Jaiya makes it with just enough spices (we get it medium spicy) You can always go bolder if you dare or milder if you can't handle it. They also have a great chicken/ tofu/ or whatever in Special sauce yum! It's not on the menu but you Gotta try it. Just ask, they're really accomodating. Their basil chicken is really good. The egg roll that comes with combination B is SOOO good... no comparison to other egg rolls I've eaten anywhere. They have awonderfully spicy fish dish that comes as a whole fish and a great sauce. Their soups are great as well. Try it... you won't be disappointed. Oh and go for their fried banana dessert in the crispy wonton wrapper w/ ice cream. We had the lychee ice cream with it... Heaven

    Over priced, unsatisfactory food.

Terrible value! We ordered vegetable pad thai for $10, which is a little steep, but especially because the container was half full! The other half? Bean sprouts. We also ordered Vegetable Panang Curry. This dish was also half full with no vegetables to be seen (all sauce). I had to use a soup spoon to find a few inexpensive vegetables (almost completely all sauce and no greens whatsoever). I should also mention, the person taking our order called us back to ask what kind of rice we wanted with the panang. We said plain white rice, then noticed we were charged $1 extra. Explain to me how you can sell a Thai dish that is all sauce and have the nerve to charge customers $1 for rice? More over, the spring rolls we ordered were greasy and flavorless.

    Better than Bangkok!

Having eaten in some of the best restaurants in Bangkok this turned out to be even better than Thailand for my vegetarian palate. I prefer very hot and they delivered on that to perfection. On the downside I asked for some mild dishes for my girlfriend and she ended up not eating a single item as they had every thing extra hot. I came to pick up and was kept waiting in the drab surroundings for over 30 minutes.

    a bit disappointed

i needed some super spicy thai and this place has a rep for being brutal. asked in person for very very spicy and even despite a warning insisted. maybe i should have told them i am half asian because the end result? ehh. 6/10 on the thermometer. if you really want spice at this place insist as strongly as possible on thai spicy. i'll have to plead more next time.

    The world at two stars

Food fried to a crisp...even the items that were supposed to be "roasted". Not the best thai in the neighborhood and way overpriced.
