Unusual food for New York, but very good and generous portions. Very pleasant place despite the young and loud talking crowd. Try the sample of beers and the catfish.... or anything else!

I live in the deep South and I must say that no one bit of this food is prepared in a Southern manner and he should be deeply ashamed of himself to be on TV advertising his restaurant to have southern food! He wouldn't know a biscuit if it hit him up the side of his head! I don't see anything about red eye gravy. Or center cut pork chops! Or catfish and hushpuppies with onion rings. Or barbecue sandwiches with beans and a cold beer. Now that is some Southern cooking. And that's what the Southern stars eat in Hendersonville, Tennessee. Or Nashville/Music Row. Educate yourself. I have no clue what you were doing and I know you don't either. You need to come to the country if you want to fix Southern food! You don't know how!

The menu sounded great but everything we ordered was poor. Large selection of interesting beers but priced too high. Won't be going back.

Cuisine difficult to define. Cajun? But very pleasant and some quite original courses as breaded pickles. Great variety of beers, and also several root beers. Very friendly atmosphere.

Delicious food. Mushroom gravy & chicken is scrumptious, tender and seasoned to perfection. Drinks are great. Expect a line at the door for brunch.

great looking restaurant, but food could be way better! The Worst Fried Green Tomatoes I have ever had! Breaded in grits and the breading falls off when you dip it. Crust was dense, gritty and flavorless. Then came the biscuits with eggs and sausage gravy. The gravy and sausage were so bland and flavorless, but the biscuits were delicious. All in all not a memorable meal , don't think I'll be back anytime soon.

Difficult to tell which cuisine it represents, but very ingenious courses with excellent quaility. Nice young crowd.
