Disappointing

Best Burger in NYC
I went to Jackson Hole in January 2014 and ordered the Cheeseburger Platter. The burger (I ordered well done.) was exellent, moist and fresh. The grilled/caramelized onion really complimented the burger. The fries were tasty too. The service was good.

What's with the scathing reviews? This place is still a reliable comfort food mecca. The burgers are enormous and delicious, with a wide range of price and variety. The menu is vast. The decor is clever. The service, while not stellar, is friendly enough.
