We first called and they said no kid’s meal delivery. Then they hung up. Next my children’s babysitter called told them then the manager obnoxiously told her “I do not understand you” and hung up again. Lastly my son had to call and order. They hung up while he was giving the credit card number. They took 3 ½ hours to deliver. That is ridiculous. They overcharged and the food was cold and a disgrace. I HATE Jackson Hole Diner, would not recommend, and will never give them business again.

I ordered for delivery. When I do, I always ask the total price on the phone to make sure I have enough cash on hand for the tip. On the phone, I was told my order total was $35 and change. When my order was delivered, I was handed a receipt where the "5" in the $35 was obviously changed from a "5" to a "9". The delivery guy tried to rip me off! I called the restaurant with him still there and they confirmed it was $35. Although I still gave him a $5 tip, I was annoyed and would not order for delivery from this place again. In addition, they forgot my onion rings.

Just wanted to give a shout out for my favorite chicken parm hero. I've had the "chicken fingers parmigiana" sandwich from jackson hole like once a week for the past few years. The other week, it was a bit skimpy on the chicken, but I called them up and they sent me a new one. The sandwich is great, crispy tender chicken fingers smothered in mozerella cheese, tasty sauce, and a role rubbed with garlic. Just had it now and couldn't think of a better lunch.

Speaking from somebody who does the timeout top 10 burger list every year, these guys offer the best value/quality/size ratio in the Murray Hill neighborhood. I eat hear once a week, but as other posters have noticed, the delivery isn't the highest quality...but if they mess up an order they will fix it! Lucky for me this place two blocks from me, so I just pickup on my way home from work. I can't really comment on the dine-in service, or on anything else besides the burgers because that is all I've ever had from there :-D My .02

Only have had it delivered a couple times, and every time the burger (which is huge) is delicious, but the fries actually taste like peanuts. Not just a little smell, but like they're dipped in peanut butter. Go easy on the peanut oil guys.

The burgers are excellent - the best around. However, if you order delivery, be prepared for rude phone service, - people who hang up on you, don't answer the phone, or put you on hold FOREVER.

Fast service delishous food ...........Keeep up the good service!!!
