every time i order from them they are so rude on the phone to me

Been ordering here for past + years. Recently all the delivery orders seemed to get screwed up. They forget to add sodas, sauces or they cook the burgers totally wrong. I asked for rare and got totally well done. On top of that, their delivery takes forever. Sucks because they used to be good and reliable.

I've been ordering from Jackson hole almost 7 yrs and I must say in the past months the food and service have gone down immensely. Ordered tonight at 8:15, at 9:30 the apparently "new" person who took my order called to verify my cc. She was off on our expiration date. At 9:50 still no food spoke to manager who assured me food was in the way. At 10:15 alleged food arrived. Besides the fact that Jackson hole charged our card conveniently at 9:00 our food arrived iced cold and completely wrong. Called Jackson hole and the manager said to ignore that delivery , our "real" food would be there any minute . 15 min later at 10:30 (mind u 1 1/2 hours since we ordered) another delivery arrived. Apparently they sent the bus boy who was not so happy and advised me 3x in 2 min he wasn't a "delivery" guy but the bus boy (really annoying and whatever that means for the customer. Regardless our order was wrong. Orders plain cheese quesadillas with no guacamole and received chicken quesadillas w extra quacamole. Burger was wrong as well. Between the poor service, the delivery man's attitude, the 1 1/2 hour delivery time for the wrong food my husband and I are done with this place. Plenty of other burger joints in Murray hill that are on point :-(

Pitiful. Just plain pitiful. Went there for lunch. Manger seemed offended that he had to seat me at a table. Place was near empty and now I know why. Took no less than ten minutes for the waitress to stop playing with her phone and come take my order. All she said was "Do you know what you want yet?". Class. After taking my order she sat down at the table next to me and ate her lunch. I was slurping on an empty cup. She did not ask if I would like a refill. She finished her lunch and went downstairs for a while. When she came back, she remembered she had a customer and picked up my order from the kitchen where it had been sitting for a while. She said nothing. Then she disappeared. I didn't see her again. I asked another waitress for a refill. Food is average at best. Really. Service is non-existent. Atmosphere is a joke. Food is like subpar diner food. Service is like bad diner service. Took my check (which the new server gave me) to the front and the hostess finally took it from me once she got through talking on the phone. She said nothing to me. Not "have a nice day", not "how was everything?" nothing.

My wife and I went to Jackson Hole after a recent Pearl Jam concert. Great food and wonderful service. We will be going back!

I love this place! But the service is terrible. My girlfriend came from Greece and my brother and I decided to take her to the best burger place we know. Five minutes after our meal, they were in a rush to get us out. And this is not on only on this occasion. This is every time we dine there. I had to apologies to my girlfriend for our rude American customs. The burgers on the other hand are nice. Presentation is nice. The quality of the ingredients seems high and the meat melts in your mouth.

The meat did not tatse at all seasoned, and their version of medium was dry with absolutely not even a hint of pink. I would take a burger from any corner diner over this place. Very disappointing.
