Lame Burgers
For a specialty hamburger place, this Jackson Hole joint does know how to make hamburgers. They put a heavy clump of ground beef on top of a flat frying grill--not an open flame--and then they cover it with a metal dome in order to get it to cook. Essentially, they wind up steaming the burger. The result is a bland burger that's the same inside and out. No juicy inside or charred outside--It's all one big mush. I don't know if the other Jackson Holes are any better.
