Very good food
Burgers are excellent. To avoid the small (tasteless) bun, I have mine on whole wheat toast. A nice side of steak fries, and the coffee is real tasty. Overall a good value meal at $10.00.

The burgers rock my socks off!
I agree, hands down the best burger for the size and money. I mean come on what is better than a burger the size of your head?

Overrated
Best burgers...please! This place is average and one of those over-hyped NYC places that tourists made famous. Their burgers are the biggest but with food bigger doesn't mean better....they are greasy, they fall apart and they don't cook it they way you want them to.

Best burgers. Period.
I don't know what the hell some of these people are smoking. It's a burger joint! What do you idiots expect? Lobster tails? This is the best burger. The price, the size, the taste. End of conversation. The fries are average, but unnecessary because of how big the burgers are. Obviously any negative review of Jackson Hole is from the owner of another burger joint. And that's why none of these reviews, my own included, mean a damn thing.

Size Does Not Equal Quality People
After both eating here and take-out I have seen both worlds to this establishment, and overall gets an ?eh? rating on my behalf. A less clean and less friendly Johnny Rockets theme, the service is sub-par at best and the food is nothing to boast about. It?s decent at best. Delivery-wise, I must give a standing ovation to the delivery men, for they are required to lug a 10lb. burger if not numerous all over Manhattan to patrons. Although these burgers are humungous, they?re dry because the itty-bitty patty served with it couldn?t hold a slider patty, and it soaks up all the juice creating a soggier bun the late Roy Rogers use to put out to customers. Yes, they offer a harder bun to prevent this (for an extra charge), but it?s still tiny relative to the patty and does little to nothing. Oversized burgers with tiny little buns ? there are better places out there. Also, they tend to get orders confused.

Take this out
If you haven't tried the burgers yet then you are missing out. Kills all other burger joints hands down. These burgers are big enough to make two meals.

Seriously.
I order a cheeseburger from here all the time. You don't need the fries. The burger is the size of your face and totally delicious. Big Nick's is good, but this is definitely better. The burger is tasty at french roast, also. But by far--- jax hole has a lockdown on a big, SENSATIONAL burger. I'm on weight watchers, so I skip the bun. Still amazing and huge. Go for it.
