Killer breakfast
Some of the best french toast in the neighborhood. If you get there for weekend brunch one of the best deals out there. Service is friendly but can be slow at times.

Used to be one of my favorites, not anymore
I have grown up with Jackson Hole. From pre-k when I used to love their burgers on 91st and mad. to college and their salads, cheese fries and shakes. However, the place has drastically changed. Our most recent order: the Chef Salad was pathetic and the Chicken sandwich wasn't good and it was so over priced for what we received. I remember the portions being huge and the food always being excellent but the last few times we have ordered from here everything has just been awful. They have cut back on ingredients and portion sizes. Its really sad.

not bad, not great either
i've been to a few jackson holes and liked each but this one is my least favorite. it seems that the cooks have something against seasoning and taste. the burgers are giant, but have no flavor. they're under the impression that they can make up for the lack of taste by giving you more meat but it just doesn't work. and the burgers do not come with fries, lettuce or tomatoes. as for the rest of the food, nothing stands out to me as being terrible but i wouldn't rave about the place. i've ordered wings and got tiny ones with barely any meat but tasted pretty good, caesar wraps that are the perfect portion size but have zero caesar flavor.... either way, you're going to overpay for small portions that taste decently or huge servings of bland food.

good breakfast
We ate breakfast here on a recent visit. Good omlets- pancakes and waffles. Sorry, didn't try the burger. Service is OK.

Not what it used to be
Jackson Hole was one of my favorite places as a kid. I took a date there a few months ago (because the wait was too long across the street at Zeityn) and we were extremely disappointed. The burgers did not taste good. The fries were soggy. The shakes weren't good either. The service was slow. It was a mess. Get your act together guys, there's plenty competition in the area.

Mushy Fries and the burgers are a huge slab of grey meat with no flavor, just not good!

Not Like Other Jackson Holes
Tried 5 or 6 times over the past several years to enjoy this place as I have had great meals at every other Jackson Hole in NYC, but this place just can't get it right . Maybe its the way they store their meat, but it never tastes fresh, like it had been refrozen more than once. It always has a sour taste to it, and its too bad because I thought the chain had certain standards. Dissappointing every time.
