    Great Place To Go

You can't go wrong with Jackson Hole. My friends and I went ot lunch here. The food came fast, hot, and delicious. I have been to many diners. This place would be one of my top 5 or 10 choices.

    consistently sub-par

The last time I got delivery from here, they actually served me a hamburger with completely raw ground beef. When I called to get it replaced, they tried to argue with me and I had to explain several times that I know the difference between raw and rare and the entire inside of the burger was raw. Every time I order the chicken sandwiches here, the chicken is incredibly dry and oversalted-- typically leaving me feeling pretty sick afterwards. Although the food is cheap and you get a lot of it per order, the quality is worse than a typical diner or fast food place.

    Look elsewhere..

As most of the other reviews suggest, this is viewed as a go-to for burgers. They are admittedly quite tasty, but have recently dipped in quality. I ordered a basic bacon cheeseburger, and the patty was about 2.5 inches thick on a very small bun, making it downright impossible to eat and enjoy without being consumed with self-loathing and disgust. A good burger needs a proper balance between bun, meat and toppings, and Jackson Hole doesn't do a very good job on this front. The other dishes on the menu are relatively uninspiring. The chicken tenders were chewy and the mozzarella sticks tasted like rubber. All in all, this used to be a good place for burgers (and burgers only), and is now sadly dipping on that front as well.

Massive Tasty Burgers with stale beer

I give Jackson serious credit for the size of the burgers, but don't expect to have it cooked exactly the way you want it. My friend's burger was raw, and she ordered it medium rare. (It's not a porterhouse guys) Beer was skunked and grossly stale, so maybe they need to change kegs after 10 years. Come on guys, keep the beer fresh and we'll be there more.

    Great Burgers - Nothing Else

Where to Begin? I love Jackson Hole Burgers...and hate everything else about the place. I always order delivery. You can always count on something going wrong with your order, you just come to expect it, but the burgers are good enough that i always order again, even when i know they will screw something up. The problems: The food will always arrive with your fries, or onion rings, or mozzarella sticks, soggy and greasy. Ask for them all well done, and you will at least have a 50/50 chance of getting them crispy. One part of your burger will be done wrong if you get one of the more complex burgers. For example, their Western Burger is delicious...monterrey jack cheese, bacon, fried onions, BBQ sauce. Reliably, the cook will not fry the onions, they will just be warm and soggy. If you ask for an extra cup of BBQ sauce, since they do not put enough on, you get charged 80 cents. Ridiculous. I have never been charged for condiments, not to mention, they only give you such a shallow small cup it is insulting. I always ask them to give me BBQ sauce instead of ketchup, and instead of marinara sauce too with Mozzarella sticks. no dice. even if you are asking for a reasonable substitute, you either won't get it, or will be charged extra anyway. I live six blocks away, so delivery should be a snap. Wrong. Never gotten an order in less than a half hour, and sometimes, you will be waiting for a full hour. Shameful. When you call to order, you have two choices when it comes to who you will speak with. 1. Polite and incompetent. 2. Rude and incompetent. Also, with at least three restaurants, you would think they would upgrade so they could have a basic computer system so when you call, all you have to do is tell them your phone number, and everything will pop up, address etc. Nope. Everything is done by hand. so you always have to retell all your info and hope they do not screw up something like your street or apartment number, which they will. When and if you get your food, the receipt you are handed is on the piece of paper they took your order on and it is no wonder they get everything wrong. It is illegible, and they have usually missed most of what you asked them not to forget (even if you ask them nicely & repeat "well done" or "BBQ sauce" ) Can't complain to the delivery boy cause it's not their fault and if you call the restaurant to complain they don't want to hear it. Ask for the manager - He is "not in".

    Decent Food, Horrible delivery

I have eaten here inside the diner several times and have always been happy with food/service. Like other reviews said, it is just diner food but the burgers are gigantic and the other choices are pretty good. Unfortunately delivery service is not good. I've ordered delivery 4 times and it was wrong every time! Buffalo wings with no sauce, burgers with wrong toppings, nachos with (not kidding) no cheese!, drinks missing, dinners missing. The worst part is they are slow to fix any mistakes and are rude about it. I will not order from here again.

    Great place.

Gotta love Jackson Hole. Giant, amazing burgers, their chicken sandwiches are incredible, and just about everything on their menu sounds and IS great. A bit on the expensive side (not for New York, though), but one burger is enough to fill up two bellies! A friend and I once both ate our fill at Jackson Hole for just $9.
