Try the Chicken
I'm not a fan of Jackson Hole burgers, I prefer charcoal-broiled. But, recently tried the chicken sandwich. The chicken was nicely marinated and grilled; moist and flavorful enough to eat without sauce. On garlic bread with cole slaw and fries it's an OK dinner when in the mood for some low-cost diner food. Service on 2 recent visits was good.

Average prices, and...
Superb value, very good product. some of their menu items can be a little bland or greasy, but i've never had an objectively bad meal from here. as some of the previous posters mentioned, you'll either love or hate the decor so order in if you don't like chintzy faux-50s diner ambiance. recommended dishes: east sider burger (not for the fainthearted)! chili veggie burrito/quesadillas/fajitas west coast vegetarian sandwich

My fav diner!
This is the best diner I've been to. Their homemade sauces are to die for especially the ranch! Their guacamole is the best I've had by far and I've had many diff kinds from authentic Mexican restaurants.

Burgers!
Listen, you want a huge freakin burger, that comes to you the way you want it, made from quality meat that is juicy and delicious? Look no further. This Jackson Hole has the old-fashioned 50's diner feel going and it's okay, although I find that type of thing kind of cheesy and it makes me feel as though I'll get lousy food because they kind of depend on the atmosphere to do the work. But they serve a serious belly-bomber burger, with thick cut fries and lots of fresh toppings. If you walk out of the place still hungry, you have a serious problem. You can't go wrong! Order a cream soda and top it off right.

One Trick Pony
They do serve a good burger, but if all you can do is grill a piece of meat, then count me out. I was in the mood for wings and I didn't argue with my roommate who wanted to order takeout from Jackson Hole, because she was craving their burgers. I'm not super picky when it comes to wings, but my skepticism began when I noticed Seamless Web did not give any choices for the hotness of the wings. They were labeled Buffalo Wings and I figured I'd be fine since I love both hot and mild wings. The "wings" arrived on a leaf of lettuce with blue cheese, carrot and celery sticks. However, these "wings" were the tiniest wings I have ever seen. Did these even come from a chicken? I wouldn't be surprised if I was told they were pigeon wings. That's how puny they were. Upon further inspection I noticed there was also no Buffalo sauce on the wings or included in the order. When I called to remedy the situation, I was told this is how they make their wings. Isn't the essence of Buffalo wings the sauce? Otherwise it's just fried chicken wings if you ask me. (Yes the menu does say BUFFALO wings.) I was pretty upset I paid $9.20 for teeny tiny pieces of fried chicken that completely lacked seasoning. I even offered to walk over and return the wings, because if I had been in the restaurant I would have sent them back. Instead all I could manage was to get them to deliver some hot sauce. By the time that came, my wings were cold. To be honest they were not very warm when they arrived. There are plenty of bars/burger joints in the neighborhood, so I won't be ordering from this one trick pony again.

Great Place To Go
You can't go wrong with Jackson Hole. My friends and I went ot lunch here. The food came fast, hot, and delicious. I have been to many diners. This place would be one of my top 5 or 10 choices.

consistently sub-par
The last time I got delivery from here, they actually served me a hamburger with completely raw ground beef. When I called to get it replaced, they tried to argue with me and I had to explain several times that I know the difference between raw and rare and the entire inside of the burger was raw. Every time I order the chicken sandwiches here, the chicken is incredibly dry and oversalted-- typically leaving me feeling pretty sick afterwards. Although the food is cheap and you get a lot of it per order, the quality is worse than a typical diner or fast food place.
