All you people who are bad mouthing this place really don't know what you are talking about. Anybody who has lived in this area as i have for my entire life knows that Jackson Hole aka J-hole is a staple of the neighborhood. Honestly I do not know what I would do with my life. Everytime I leave town the place i order from on the way home from the airport is jackson hole, no doubt in my mind. You guys clearly cannot grasp the greatness that is Jackson Hole. Maybe you don't know what to order or hit it on an off day, but dont hate the player (jackson hole), hate the game (life). Chicken fingers, mozzerella stix, chicken burgers, egg sandwiches, wraps, are among my favorites. Fries are amazing (ask well done to be safe). Try this place, especially if you recently moved close.

I recently went to Jackson Hole for breakfast, and it was all I had hoped it would (not) be. I ordered a cheese omlette with rye toast, no potatoes (all they had were french fries, no substitutions- who wants that in the morning with their eggs? It wasn't 1:30 in the morning, when I probably wouldn't have minded!). The waitress screwed up my order- twice, and when I finally settled in to eat, I was sorry I did. The omlette was so paper thin I thought that they might have only used one egg. The cheese was bunched up in the very middle of the omlette, so, for someone who orders their omlettes for the cheese, most of it was left uneaten. I admit the prices are good and the burgers monstrous, but this one experience was enough to make me stay away for quite some time.

I live near by. If you want diner style food, it's really between this and Three Guys . I prefer the food at Three Guys, however the service is rude (they hung up on me this morning because they "couldn't hear") and the food is severely overpriced. That being said, though most people enjoy the burgers at Jackson Hole (they are nothing short of massive) I for one, do not. I have no idea why, to be honest; they just taste so strange to me. Soggy, I guess, is a good word to describe them. But hey, they're famous and deserve one shot at least. I recommend the grilled chicken sandwich. Great fries. The salads are huge and tasty too.

The burger here is definitely not good...especially not as good as the menu makes it sound. It arrived extremely soggy, chewy (not even close to the medium I requested), and 1/3 bigger than the bun. Maybe eating there is better, but definitely do not get delivery.

I stopped by for lunch this afternoon for a sandwhich as a friend said they have great burgers. I decided to order a chicken sandwhich which was large, and I was really hungary. It was a bummer that the chicken was dryer than a rusted out 55 Chevy. I should have sent it back, but was starving so didn't. I hope the burgers are better than the chicken.

I ordered in this evening and was beyond disappointed. The food took over an hour to get to me. When the delivery guy finally got to my door, he barely acknowledged me. The burger was bland and tasteless, and the fries were so undercooked I had to throw them out. I've been to this location before, and the food was fine, but I will never order from here again.

I went to the 91st street Jackson Hole with my BF and loved it. The burgers were totally fresh and really big. We left more than satisfied and spent less than $30 inc. tip. Also i give the onion rings 5 stars. cheap, fast and really good, 1000% recomended
