Althought not the best... for vegans. I went there recently for the first time and I am a vegetarian. Any vegetarians knows that there are two kinds of burgers : Soy based or vegetable based. This one has some soy beans (green) but its mostly vegies. The taste was allright, but I don't think one can truly appreciate the gist of it, unless they ate any meat. Coz for vegetarians, its just another place, not Jackson Hole. Fries were yummy!

I had heard these burgers were the best out of the best. So the other day I went with some buddies and so overwhelmed with excitement, order the burger. The service was over the top considering it's a diner but when I took that first bite ... unsatisfied. The meat was falling apart it felt like I was making the burger other than enjoying it. Home of the 7oz. burger is overrated.

I have been eating these burgers for some years now and it always satisfies. The chicken sandwiches are great also. While it would seem that the price is a little steep, I think you get what you're paying for. The average burger in NYC is priced about what Jackson Hole charges for a larger, more satisfying meal. Now, all we need is for you to bring it on downtown to the area. You are surely missed.

I just went to the one on 3rd and 35th. I ordered a chicken sandwich because I had had one of their burgers before and found it was too big to eat. This also was so big it was actually impossible to eat. On top of that it is wildly overpriced. This place is for tourists that think that a big burger must therefore be better, and think if food is overpriced, well, that's just New York. There are much better, reasonably-priced burgers all over the city.

For all the hype about this burger chain, the quality of the meat seems less than expected. Places like Rare, JG Melon, PJ Clarkes are all superior whereas even Burger Heaven is a bit more tasty. On the bright side, you can drown your sorrows in an array of toppings which in unison can create a somewhat above average burger.

The food was pretty good, pretty generic burgers, same you'll find at any diner in the city, plus it was more expensive, and not that much better. Plus, they don't tell you, refills arent free, and thus we spent 12 dollars on soda! We asked the server if the chili was vegetarian, and thus no beef, he said yes, and of course it had beef in it.

This place has great burgers! You can sit at the counter and watch them create burger's from fresh ground meat. No frozen patties here. Large portions and low price makes great dining. I love it!
