I've been a customer for almost ten years. Prices keep going up and quality keeps going down. The burgers are good, if you're dining in, but they do not carry well. No surprise. The salads have not been good lately. Nearly thirteen bucks for a caesar salad with chicken is just too much.

Been coming to the 64th St location since 1978. Consistently excellent food. Service varies from mostly excellent to sometimes fair, but it may depend upon how busy it is at the time. I will continue to be a regular, as I need a "Jackson's fix" from time to time. My 30 yr favorite is the signature "Baldouni" burger.

Burgers were very disappointing and not at all what they used to be. Order was not done correctly. There was no real service, had to get up several times to get a waitress. This place used to be good but like so many has lost that "quality touch". I see no reason to pay what they charge for a sub-par meal. We won't be going back.

I used to live in Bayside, Queens and have since moved to Forest Hills, Queens but I'm also further away from Jackson Hole! I have GOT to get back there - whether it means calling in my order and then going to pick it up or just going there one afternoon to spend time in a booth and enjoy the atmosphere and food! All I know is, I miss those humungous burgers and the BBQ Chicken platter was a "regular" of mine (LOVE that BBQ sauce!!) Boy, do I miss my Jackson Hole! I'll be back - I PROMISE!

As weird as it sounds, one of the few burger places to actually have baked potatoes as an option. The vast menu makes this place easy for anyone to find something they'd like. Both vegetarian items available, as well as healthy options. Of course lets not forget all the other food which satisfies any hangover morning, afternoon, or night! Overall, a great place!

To begin with there burgers are cooked in a unique manner. They cook them on a flat grill under what looks like a metal goblet. This steams the meat as it grills and really gives a nice soft and juicy texture. Personally I love it! Always tender and never overcooked, i've never had them mess one up on me. Atmosphese is a bit tight (I'm 6'4") but we mostly get delivery which can take upwards of 30 to 45 minutes. Fries are 'steak fries' and are great, though like most places they can get a bit soft during delivery.
