Excellent Chinese Food
This is hands down the best chinese restaurant in the east village. Food is consistently fresh and portions are large. Highly recommended.

Closest chinese food to Friends Seminary
I have to say it always comes through. I have never had any problems with my general tso's and white rice lunch box and neither have any of my friends. the final decision: grimey... but damn good.

Truly extraordinary chinese food
I order in from this place constantly. everything i have tried is really excellent, except maybe the shrimp with lobster sauce, which is average. they are really fast and always get it right. you can't really eat there in the storefront; this is a take-out place. but i'm a native new yorker, and this is among the best take-out chinese anywhere in manhattan.

Crab Mmmmmm Ragoons!
Oh my, I love their Food, I wouldn't recommend eating in, but the take-out is Great. It's so fast and its really the best Chinese in the city. I never had Crab Ragoons like theirs before, it comes with this really amazing sauce that I can get enough of. If your in the mood for fresh food and good eats go to J. East!

Great Value
Great Value. Fast service. Best for takeout and delivery. Shrimp in Lobster Sauce is one of the best options on menu. Other items on menu are hit or miss.
