    No taste at all

I got my food delivered, so I can't comment on the place itself, but the food is completely tasteless

    Sushi around the corner

I couldn't pick up my food for some reason when I called the order in. They had to deliver it. But the delivery took over 50 minutes for two sushi lunch specials. The fish was bland, and the shrimp was over blanched. Overall, if you want good sushi, go somewhere else.

    A Mess

Mushy, tasteless sushi. A coworker recommended the place, which is the only thing that kept me from walking right back out the door after entering. It's filthy. My takeout lunch special took nearly 15 minutes, despite my being the only customer. Don't waste the time or the money. Walk across the street to The Food Emporium. Their sushi is better, and it's a supermarket!

Did they get a new chef?

This used to be my go-to seamless web delivery lunch spot at work. The bento box was amazing, but this week the food was remarkably poor. The katsu was soggy, and tasteless when normally it is crisp and tender. I thought it was a one-day fluke, so I ordered again and found it to be worse. It seems fairly obvious that the chef has changed or they have stopped trying. Please, please return to normal so that I can have the old Iwasaki back!

    was good, now bad

I used to count on this place for my lunch seamless order. The katsu was fantastic as werethe maki deals. This past week the food has been unbelievably horrible. The katsu is cold and soggy, the shumai came with a little gnat floating in the sauce! I wonder if the chef has changed? I tried it twice, just to give them a second chance, but it's definitely worse.

    I love this place

I order pick-up lunch from here about once a week. The employees are friendly and the maki and bento box specials really hit the spot. I don't think the atmosphere is that great for eating in but that doesn't bother me. It's a great place to have in the neighborhood check it out for quick, easy, and fresh sushi.

    Great for large groups!

Last night a group of 12 of us ate at Iwasaki and it was awesome. The food was great and very inexpensive, the service was great and they even put our ipod on their stereo since our group of 12 took over the entire restaurant. Would definitely go back!
