pizza is great. just be prepared for a food coma after one slice. crust is very thin but nice and thick along the border. you can't just pick up the slice and bite. i had to use a fork to eat the first 1/3 of it before i was able to pick it up. It's probably a combination of the cheese and the huge sized slices. definitely one of the cheesiest pizza's i've had. garlic knots....not so garlicky. should just be called bread knots.

My friends and I have been eating regularly at Italian Village for nearly 30 years. The quality of the food has always been excellent; just one example-the best eggplant parmigian you will ever eat. The entire menu is a winner..........best hot wings......best calimari fra diavlo; anywhere. The dinning room is full with regulars almost every night and rightfully so. Great value , food and friendly service.

I grew up on the UES and have been ordering pizza from Italian Village for almost 30 years. Easily the best pizza in the neighborhood. On top of that the salads are excellent and the chicken and meatball heroes are unmatched. Far and away the best pizza joint around.

My husband and I lived in the neighborhood 10 years ago and ordered take out once a week. The pizza is great and the salads are fantastic -- much better than you would ever anticipate. The value cannot be beat. Now, when we visit the city each summer with our young children, we go to Italian Village (IV) and get take-out. An absolute treat.

My fiance and I order from here AT LEAST once per week... I have yet to try something that I don't like... They are extremely nice and incredibly fast! We have tried the pizza, burgers, cheese steak, chicken marsala, eggplant parm, plus more -- all fantastic with great portions! Don't forget the desert - their tiramisu is to die for....!

dear lord, i begged for a new pizza place since Mimma's closed down and was replaced by that evil TwoBoots and you turned me on to Italian Village... WOW!! Amazing pizza (i got fresh mozza + basil) - so tasty! Also got a side order of 2 meatballs to share with the hubby and we were fighting over the sauce! It went perfect with a nice soft bordeaux we had been saving for good pizza... Loyal customer here on in! To the reviewer who complained about the wings, I would not really look to Italian places for wings, try chirpin chicken instead, they know chicken. I think these guys know red sauce!

I've been going to this place since I was a little girl and it is still just as delicious and friendly as it was during my childhood :)
