Italian Village

This place floods the pizza in tasteless sauce. It is usually burnt too. The dinners are usually decent and even though they have gone up in price, they are still ok when made correctly. The issue is, the last 3 times I have ordered the food has come wrong. When I call to report the issue, the guy gets defensive and rude. He has reluctantly fixed the issue twice but the corrected order most recently took over an hour to arrive. Overall, there are way better pizza places in the neighborhood (Roma, Delizia, etc.) to order from then to deal with terrible pizza, mediocre food, and rude customer service! This is my first review because things like this happen occasionally, but I had to write a review after 3 times in a span of a month, the service and food has been just atrocious!

One of my favorite restuarants on UES, great pizza and italian food, fast delivery. Place has only one serious problem: Not on Seamless Web.

Consistently the very best pizza, lasagna and other Italian entrees in the neighborhood. The dining room in the back actually provides a different feel and the food is delicious!

I order their pizza all the time, its delisious. I am Italian so know how Italian food should taste, I ordered the meatballs and they were hard as a rock, no taste. Surprised since the pizza is good. Won't try anything else, if they can't cook a simple dish like meatballs then I can't imagine anything else wuld be good. Hopefully they will read this and try and improve their recipe

Great neighborhood Italian spot. But they need to be on Seamless!!

Ive been eating here for 7 years. The pizza is great. Its a littel pricy compared to some other east side restaurants, but not outrageous. They also have italian ices, as well as a back room thats nice to stay in

This place is back on track. I love it all over again. It's the best deal for great food on the ues! Hours are insane and delivery is so fast. It's my go to place once again. Love it!
