We ordered dalievery and the food was really great. Surpassed expectations. Will def. order again.

I can't rate the food because it never arrived! I should have been forewarned when ordering on the phone - they acted like they had never heard of several menu items listed here on menupages, and the woman taking my order was not paying attention at all when I gave her our phone number and address. We finally called after an hour to find out that the delivery guy had been wandering around looking for our building (they neglected to write down our phone number). We ended up just canceling the order in frustration (and because cold lamb sandwiches=gross).

My boyfriend and I stopped into Istanbul Park a couple months ago when we were looking for a healthier dinner option in Park Slope that wasn't sushi. The restaurant is small but it's clean and simple and the staff were very friendly. Since dining there, we started ordering delivery at least once a week. I absolutely love the Mediterranean Salad with the chicken kebab. The lemon-juice dressing is fresh and light, the vegetables are crisp and the chicken is always grilled to perfection. I LOVE this salad. My boyfriend loves the Chicken Kebab dinner. I love it too, but I opt for the salad as an excuse to eat more of the delicious bread and hummus! I believe the bread is bazlama, but don't quote me on that. Regardless, it's SO GOOD. I highly recommend this place, especially if you're looking for something that isn't Italian or Japanese in Park Slope!

This is more of a mediterannean restaurant than Turkish. The food as always great and the great looking staff are welcoming and attentive.

This restaurant, open about a year, has been consistently good. My wife, adult son, and I have never been disppointed in the flavor and quality of the food. The vegetarian dishes have been particulaly good while the lamb dishes have all been fine. The atmosphere is serviceable if not elegant. Service is attentive and the food always seems to be fresh. I recommended Istanbul Park to a neighbor looking for a Saturday lunch wth his daughter and he later told me that he was pleased. I think whoever reads this will be pleased too.

Went there with my Vegan date on a rainy Tuesday night and warmed up with the excellent, smooth lentil soup (just the right hint of cumin, and with fresh lemon squeezed on top, so satisfying without being heavy). Also had the zucchini pancakes, a generous serving of four, with just the right amount of creaminess inside and crisp outside, also nicely flavored. Bread was nice and fresh. The vegan was accomodated with hummus, babaganoush, and the Mediterranean salad with the cheese removed before serving (thanks!). Atmosphere is basic; this is not a fancy place. but the food is good.
