Not recommended
Would you like Skin, Fat, Plastic, or Too Much Pepper? How about some Weak Beer? Bad veggies? This place has it all. Everything is tasteless. And it's not even cheap! Go to Turkish Cafe in Hell's Kitchen, Akdeniz on 46 st, or the streetcart outside for much better, realer Turkish food.

Love this place
I come here for takeout once every couple months and have never been disappointed. Go for the lebni especially--the amount of garlic in it makes it amazing.

Fantastic Turkish Restaurant
This place happens to be my favorite Turkish Place in all of NY. The Food is always great. The ADANA Kabob Rocks the house. Just perfect, with the rice and salad, hot sauce and white sauce. And the guys behind the counter are always friendly. Its more of a eat and go type of place, but its always delicious. And no, I dont work there.

Simple and Delicious
Nothing fancy here. Just damn good food at a good price. I had the Iskender kebab which was outstanding. My cousin had the chicken gyro doner and liked it a lot. We also split a hummus, which wasn't great, but still better than anything in a grocery store. Istanbul Grill can hang with most Turkish restaurants in Turkey and Berlin. It is definitely worth eating here. I would recommend this place to anyone.

great food, great service!
i went to this place with some friends... they have the best sheppard salad and the chicken kebabs were nice and tender. my friend had gyros and they loved it... the prices are affordable... i would definitely recommend it ! go check it out ... the only problem is the place isn't big enough... would go there again soon...

Affordable and quick
I was hungry and didn't have much time to spend on a meal. I popped in and ordered the lamb doner sandwich. It was served up quick, and it was warm, juicy, and the veggies inside were fresh and crispy. Despite the wonderful texture of the meat, it was too salty. Service was attentive and quick.
