love it!
I'm new to the area and was so excited when I first saw Island Salad! Finally a healthy eatery among a multitude of delicious-but-high-fat restaurants. I've gotten the classic grilled cheese, which tasted like it had bacon...but without the guilt, and the finger zinger, which was good and large enough for two meals. I've also created my own salad, which for five bucks was better than most restaurants, and you can add what you like. I've also tried the Jamaica me Crazy drink which was pretty delicious, I intend to try the Island Breeze or a soda next time I go back. The staff is super nice and friendly. This place is well worth the wait on the line out the door!

best salads in her harlem
The salads are the best... great place to chillout a spell. And people watch.. the staff is so cool I'll go all i can.. love it......

Great healthy eating in Harlem
Some of the best salads and dressing around. Their burrito wraps are healthy and you feel great just eating the food. Please give yourself a treat you will not be disappointed.
