I ordered a cheeseburger and it came on rye bread (rather than a bun), with a piece of lettuce, no tomato, a dill pickle chip and two onion slices. I will not be ordering from them again.

Probably the best burger I've ever had. One thing that was tough to get over though was that they didn't have french fries. None the less, I will be going again.

I am usually here once every two months on average. There are times the burgers are incredible and then sometimes so so, but most often they are incredible. You have lots of choices for toppings and styles. The churrasco chicken burgers are my favorite actually. Shakes are very good. For a burger joint, 8 out of 10, 10 being the best. If you go during lunch, get there before 12:30 or you will wait in line.

What can i say. Awesome food, shakes. very reasonable $ for ny. Last i looked mcD's, charged 7 and change. This place is very solid. Favorite is cowboy burger and chocolate shake. Dont get to the city to often, but when i do, i make a point to get to the west side for island burger. You will love it and i guarantee you wont be hungry later. Enjoy.

We went back to the place after not having been there for a year or so, looking for a quick burger fix. After a long wait, we got 4 burgers, half of them burned to the consistency of coal (or what they consider 'well done') and essentially not edible. The cheese was slapped on as an afterthought and still cold. No way to make a burger like that! We were told that this is the way that they have been doing it for the past 10 years. However, the shakes are still good.

So I live in Hells Kitchen and love this little spot. Burgers are great, especially many of hte exotic ones that are blackened and often very spicy. I got one called the Napalm one time and my mouth was on fire for at least a half an hour. But enough about that....the malts are the reason that I go. I am addicted to them, and now have many of my co-workers addicted as well. They really are heaven in a glass and blow away the milk shakes. But be forewarned, they are a little heavy, so don't drink it too fast or you will make yourself sick as a dog. The place gets my vote any day of the week. They just need to open a bigger space to compete with the new Vnyl in the neighborhood.
