Wonderful
Do I love the burger? YES! But what I REALLY love here are the chicken sandwiches and the salads! I honestly don't know where to get a better salad (so fresh! and big, too) or chicken sandwich (juicy, tender and tasty) in the neighborhood. I eat here about 4 days a week and the value cannot be beat. Atmosphere is fun and the service is always above average. My boyfriend gets the burger and has never ever been disappointed - in fact - he craves it. This is a staple in Hell's Kitchen - everyone knows it and loves it. I suggest you try it - if you haven't you are surely missing out!

Not Recommended
Tried once and didnt think the burgers were great. decided to try again today and now i remember why i haven't been there for so long. Burger was dry, too large, and tasteless...the cheese was a small thin slice on it that i could not even taste. Roll is just an average packaged roll. Overpriced for what it is.

Delicious Juicy Burgers!
The burgers are fantastic and Juicy! Really fantastic! Also the variety is stunning! Just don't order your burger well done, it's impossible to get a juicy burger ANYWHERE if you do that. The new fries were good, alittle different from the usual, and the shakes were also good but not stunning. Definetly a place to go.

Dry burgers
I think you can find other places in the city with better burgers. The burgers were dry, over cooked, and tasted like you can get it at any ordinary diners. The fries were great! Especially the cheese fries!

Hottest Churasco Ever!
Seriously great 'Napalm' churasco, fries and vanilla shake from Island for lunch today (13th Oct 2011) and as a lover of very hot/spicy food, would recommend this place to anyone! Their habanero sauce is made right there, and is the 2nd-hottest sauce from any food culture I've had (the other is a curry house in Spain). It almost beat me, and 30 minutes after I'd finished I could still feel the tingle. Super-friendly and very fast service as well, and 2 of us ate fries, burger/churasco, and a shake each for less than $46... Our new favourite burger shack in NYC. Official.

great burger
stumbled upon this place with a friend craving a burger. had one their offerings on the ciabata bread with the cheese fries and a beer. absolutely great burger. super tasty. wolfed it down in record time. this place is definetly a casual type of burger shack but excellent food and value for what it is.

won't go back
Five of us went to the new Upper West Side location last week and were really disappointed. The hamburgers were worse than mediocre. We each ordered a different type and they all tasted exactly the same. And all were dry and on buns that were very average at best. The milkshakes were not generous or outstanding in any way and the fries were just OK. And the prices were high for a hamburger to say the least. Needless to say, we will not be going back or recommending it to friends.
