not going back
Went to Iron Chef House once on the recommendation of some acquaintances but won't do it again. The fish was absolutely tasteless and had poor texture. The staff tries hard but the food is inedible. Several people seem to like this place. I can only conclude that I hit a very off night, or that their standards are far different than mine.

Best Neighborhood Sushi
I love this place. I've been coming here for as long as they've been open. Thank God I only live around the corner. The staff is extremely friendly and the sushi is excellent. Since the space is tiny, you should go early to avoid the crowds. The monkey roll is a favorite as well as the monster appetizer (which they had as a special for some time but is no longer featured but they'll still make it for you if you ask). Maybe they can expand and take some space from Mr. Video III? Seriously, how much space do DVDs really need?

Amazing
Better fresher tastier sushi then the big name sushi places in Manhattan at one tenth the cost, with a nice cozy atmosphere. the only downside and no fault of its own is it is becoming almost too popular where there is the occasional wait for a table, but well worth it and can be avoided with a reservation.

A Heights staple
This is one of the Must Go To's in the Heights. Tiny place, great food. Great specials. This needs to be in the rotation,

Good food, recommanded!
The staffs are very helpful. Food are creative and delicious. The only thing is the place is small, and many returning customers, waiting time might be a bit long.

Best Sushi in NYC
Not only the best, but reliable. I have been there many many times and never been disappointed. It's cozy, but small so be prepared to wait for a table if you go at peak times.

Best of the Best
Love this place! Good Food, Good Service and unbelievable low price for the size of fresh good food. No way to find value like this in Manhattan. This is the only place I don't even order from the menu, and let them decide for me. Always so please. Just tried their new sister restaurant Jpan Sushi on 5th Ave. between 1st -2nd St. love it. love it. I may go to the new place from now on, since it has a very nice patio and the main chef is there. However, Jpan doesn't have the liquor license yet. :(
