great ramen
the ramen here is top notch, although the noodles are thinner than at most places. but the broth is porky and delicious! and it's a huge bowl of soup for like 12 bucks. it's a bit loud and you'll have to wait a while, but the ramen makes it worth it

fantastic
the food here is delicious and the layout of the space is very nice as well. the pork buns are better than momofuku and the ramen dishes are heavenly. the only negative thing is the service isn't good. you have to wait at least 30-60min just to get a table on any given night and then the waiters often forget about you during the meal when you're finally seated

Great ramen, lousy service
Ramen was good, esp noodles are very tasty. However, good service isnt reserved for everyone. They don't take rservations, walk in service. we left our names w/the hostess and sat next to her. We waited a further 15 min when the room seemed to empty out. It became obvious we were the only ones waiting and yet the 2 hostesses ignored us. So I had to go up and ask her about our table to which they finally did promptly seat us. Still, it wasn't a good start. Well, leave it to you to judge.

One of my new favorites!
I've searched far and wide for a good ramen house and Ippudo has ended my search. The broth is the best I've ever tasted and the homemade noodles are so fresh! The ambiance is so trendy leading me to think the food couldn't be that great, but I was pleasantly surprised. I'm adding Ippudo as one of my regular restaurants!

Great service, never a wait ( at lunchtime), awesome noodles. Delicious every time. Can't wait to return.

Best Ramen!
Yes, this place is good. Good soup, good noodle, and the service is superb! They had 2 for 1 happy hour drink special, which made everyone enjoy their ramen even more. Decor was too chic for my ramen taste, however.
