I have never had Ramen before and it was great. We had 6 apps and 4 ramen and it was shockingly good. This place has one problem and one only. It is TOO loud. No one can hear each other at all ,and that may be why the service is, to some, seemingly rude. So they just seemed to tune out and not try, as did I. Acoustic tiles Ippudo!

The ramen down the street in your neighborhood is going to be better than Ippudo. This is the typical over-hyped restaurant. If they didn't have a line, no one would think twice about this place. The ramen (which is expensive for a bowl of noodle) is mildly flavored and not a full meal like ramen should be. It basically comes with a few noodles, a couple of thin slices of flavorless pork, and a couple of shreds of cabbage. Want the egg, seaweed, fishcake, etc that you expect, you have to pay extra for each. The service is like a factory. You don't have a dedicated server. The atmosphere is trying too hard to be cool. The music jumps between any type of music that cool kids might listen to: hip hop to indie rock to ska to punk rock, etc. Get your ramen fix elsewhere without waiting hours for it.

I think we can all agree that this places thrives on the pork buns. The ramen are nothing out of ordinary and u should surely share a portion. The service is extremely bad. To a point where it's just downright rude. I guess they think they get away with it since the food is good but it's not hard to copy with better service and they'd go down. U get treated better at Mcdonalds

This place is the best ramen outside of Japan that I can afford, and luckily I like pork, seemed to be the star of the menu. It was worth the wait and the price.

I've been eating here for years and it never disappoints. And it's not THAT expensive.

After waiting over 2 hours to be seated, I am happy to say that my meal was absolutely delicious and well worth the wait. I will be returning soon!!
