Yum!
Even though Levain is the gold standard in cookies on the UWS, I have to say Insomnia is MUCH better. I do not want a cookie that weighs a pound and makes me feel like I need to run a marathon afterwords. With Insomnia, I have the perfect treat and can live in cookie bliss. A cookie shouldnt cost 4-5 dollars; one dollar is more than enough to indulge in the moist, warm, and chewy yumminess that is Insomnia cookies!

Best cookie deal in ny
I have never submitted a review before despite visiting this site over 100 times, but felt I had to given the inconsistency between the reviews and how incredible the 'Insomnia Cookies' are. I went in and ordered 3 cookies and after taking a bite of each I immediately turned around and went back to order 3 more. They are the best chocolate chip and PB CC cookies I have had in nyc, and I am always on the search for a delicious cookie. The price is totally right as well.

5 Hour Wait!
Ordered 6 cookies and a glass of milk for a sick friend on Saturday night at 9 PM. Delivery still had not arrived at 11:30 PM, despite the estimated delivery time that had been provided when I placed the order of 30 - 45 minutes. When I called I was told that the delivery person had just left, and that I would not be charged due to the long wait. I found out the following day that the cookies arrived at 2 AM! Five hours later than the order I placed! And I have yet to be refunded. This absolutely terrible customer service is inexcusable, no matter how good the cookies are.

Good cookies if you're willing to wait forever
The cookies arrive warm and are consistently delicious but my wait times have been 1.5 hours and 2.5 hours respectively. Like another reviewer said, whenever you call to inquire about your order they tell you, "We bake our cookies fresh, that's why you have to wait." Last I checked, cookies didn't need two hours to bake. By the way, I live 4 blocks from their outpost.

I love this place, they have the best cookies I've ever had! The only problem is that they take a little while to deliver.

so good
The previous bad reviews are crazy! Insomnia cookies is sooooo good. I've been in the store a bunch of times, and although it's small, it's so cool and the people and so cool. The other night I felt yucky so I ordered delivery...it got there 45 minutes on the dot, exactly the extimated time I was given when I ordered. Sooooooooooooooooo goooooooooooooood.
