The cookie crumbles on the Upper East side!
There was a sign on the store door that said "we will open at 11pm". I was at the door trying to get my cookie at 10:10pm. Why were there employees smoking outside?Was the oven broken? Was there no more dough? After calling the store, I was told that they got too many orders online and call-ins and could not keep up. So do you have to call only to get a cookie? Walk-ins are to wait at the door for a hour to get anything? What is the point of having a store front if the people walking in do not get serviced!

Best cookies in town
I am in love with oatmeal cookies... Well, cookies in general. I have tried a lot of bakeries in the city and i think this is the best! Must Go!
